As I am not SC or ST i dont know totally about that but the central government pays for them.
Its the same for all the branches as we are under government scheme

Fee hike policy is not that bad the university fee structure is maintained .also students have caste wise scholarships which need not bothered and college take care of all the fee structures and scholarship details .job opportunities are quiet good the well known companies drives are also held and hire students .
