Graduate operational and mid-level employees working in any organization looking forward to preparing themselves for meeting the challenges of the ever-increasing complexities of the corporate world and want to add value to their present educational qualifications. Candidates with at least 3 years of work experience in any organization as of 30th June 2023 are eligible to apply. Final shortlisting will be done based on Admission Interview

Admission shall be offered as per the admission process (For further details on the admission process please visit the concerned section on the SPM website) that evaluates the candidate’s understanding of issues of the corporate sector, analytical skills, communication skills, and potential to lead.
