- Any graduation degree with a minimum of 50% marks from an Indian / Foreign recognized University or equivalent.
- Reasonable ability to communicate in English is desirable.
- Preference will be given to candidates with work experience or sponsorships from the Bank / Organization.
- Some conceptual base of management and various functions will be an advantage.
