The college maintains a faculty-student ratio of about 1:60-80, with each class having two class representatives, one male and one female. The faculty is known for their interactive teaching methods and commitment to addressing student questions thoroughly. Exams are of moderate difficulty. Students become eligible for campus placements starting in the 7th semester, with a placement rate exceeding 80%.

The tuition fee is 200,000 INR annually, plus a semester fee of around 750 INR. However, students admitted through the counseling process do not pay the tuition fee. Admissions are largely merit-based, attracting nearly all students who meet the required qualifications.
