KSRCE BE Civil Engineering: Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

Through Anna University's lateral entry counseling, a seat was secured at KSR Engineering College, Namakkal, due to unavailability in nearby government colleges. The college's faculty is supportive, using practical teaching methods, and organizing seminars on trending topics. The annual fee for lateral entry students was 62,250 INR over three years, considered affordable compared to other private colleges. Free transportation, including separate buses for girls, was provided. Although core companies did not approach the college for placements, other courses had satisfactory placements.

Eligibility for campus placements started in the final year, with top companies like L&T, Wipro, and Infosys visiting. Students with a CGPA above 8 could secure placements directly through interviews. Overall placement opportunities were good, with internships supported by faculty, providing field exposure. The college offered numerous labs and projects to enhance skills. Financial aid included a government scholarship of 4,000 INR annually for the first two years and 6,000 INR in the final year.

An educational loan of 1,04,000 INR was sanctioned by Indian Bank, Salem. Non-placement students faced a challenge with fees of about 1 lakh INR per year, while placement students received a 50% fee reduction. Additional fees applied for hostel accommodation and semester exams.
