GITAM M.Sc Food Science FAQs
Ques. Is GAT mandatory for admission to M.Sc. Food Science and Technology at GITAM Visakhapatnam, or can I apply with CUET PG / JAM scores?

However, GITAM also accepts scores from CUET PG 2026, IIT JAM 2026, AP PGECET 2026, and TS CPGET 2026 for both admission and scholarship purposes. If you have a strong score in any of these exams, you can apply directly through the GITAM admissions portal at apply.gitam.edu and attend counselling based on your score. GAT is a computer-based test conducted across multiple centres in India, and you can appear for it even if you have already taken other entrance exams.
