The medical college is staffed by a well-qualified and supportive faculty, all of whom hold MBBS and MD/MS degrees from reputable institutions like St. John's and BMC Bangalore. The MBBS program spans five and a half years, with four and a half years of coursework and a one-year mandatory internship at the college hospital. Interns currently receive a stipend of Rs. 4,000 per month. The program includes three internal assessments, each worth 80 marks, and a final university exam worth 100 marks.
