Admission to the college in 2012 was based on AIEEE exam results, followed by an online counseling process facilitated by the state of Haryana. The college is affiliated with MDU Rohtak University and boasts a faculty from renowned institutions such as IIT and NIT. Classes began in July, running from 9 am to 5 pm with eight periods of 30-40 minutes each, including two breaks. The BTech program fee is 85,000 INR per year, paid in two installments at the start of each semester, covering tuition, exam registration, and development charges.
Notable companies like JCB, JBM, Maruti, Pooja Forge, and Mistral Air Conditioning participated in the mechanical engineering placements. The process involved a group discussion, an aptitude test, and a personal interview, with about 60-70 percent of students securing placements. The college provides scholarships to high-achieving students based on merit; applications are available through the Admin department. Additionally, MDU offers scholarships to university exam toppers across all streams. Government guidelines allow SC/ST students to receive scholarships, with ST category students eligible for 60,000 INR annually.
