While I studied it cost only 35000-40000 per year. but now it has a little high in fees and also they provide scholarships according to the mark scored in the previous institution. And they also provide concession if our relation working or studying in that college.

No, they don't provide. But if we actually need financial help we need to take a student loan. By all our academics results. And proper documentation. All we get help from our college is that they can delay our fees due date, that too by getting a letter signed.
