Ans. The total fee for the BPT programme at RVS College of Physiotherapy, Coimbatore, is INR 3,60,000 for the complete 4.5-year duration, at an annual tuition of INR 80,000 per year. Hostel charges of INR 30,000 per year are optional and billed separately from tuition. Fee payment may be made in instalments as per the university schedule.

Ans. NEET UG is not required for BPT admission in Tamil Nadu. The internship must be completed at a recognized institution and is required for the award of the degree.

Ans. Candidates must have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from a recognised board with a minimum of 45% aggregate in PCB subjects. Reserved category candidates may be eligible at 40% aggregate. The minimum age is 17 years as of December 31 of the admission year, and a medical fitness certificate is required at document verification.

Ans. The BPT degree is awarded by The Tamil Nadu Dr MGR Medical University (TNMGRMU), Chennai, which is the affiliating body for medical, nursing, pharmacy, and allied health institutions across Tamil Nadu. Graduates may register with the Tamil Nadu Para Medical Board to practise as licensed physiotherapists within the state.
