Eligibility Criteria

Aspirants seeking admission to 4 year Full-time BUMS Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.

Academic Requirement:

Intermediate from Allahabad Board of Education or 10+2 from Central Board of Secondary Education with science and biology subjects or any other equivalent examination approved by C.C.I.M. and a certificate of Urdu language of tenth class standard or any equivalent Urdu examination.

Entrance Exam:

Candidates must qualify one of the following entrance test - NEET/ CPAT

Age Limit:

Minimum age: 17 Years as on 31st December in the year of admission. The age limit shall not be relaxable.

Course Details

Duration: Main course shall be a whole time course of 4 & 1/2 years duration, divided in three professional examinations, Session shall be counted from the first-day of the completion of admission.

1st professional - 12 months.
2nd professional - 12 months.
3rd professional - 12 months.
Final professional - 18 months.

Duration of Internship: Internship shall be of 12 months duration.

The candidates who have passed the 3rd professional examination and have completed 12 months rotatory internship in the Hospital shall be awarded the degree Kamil-E-Tib-O-Jarahat, B.U.M.S. (Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery) by the University.

I would say that among private colleges of unani our college has a large and outstanding infrastructure Hospital facilities and outstanding whether it's about cleanliness,maintenance,and its structure Course curriculum overview : Our course BUMS has professional system it means this course has 3 proff.18 months is equal to one proff and then the proff exams are held So 4.5 years of studies and one year internship One year fees is 1.5L

Highly recommended JAMIA TIBBIYA DEOBAND– great curriculum, academics, and environment

Fees and Financial Aid:

Course fees for one year is 1.5 lakhs now, but when I got admission it was 2.04 lakhs per year. The fees got less from the 2023-24 batches. Yes you can apply for scholarship. There are two scholarships firstly the NSP (NATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMME) and other is the State scholarship, students can apply for any one of these two scholarships.

Fees and Financial Aid:

The monthly tuition fee is 17000 and if one is staying in the hostel, they have to pay 5000 as hostel fees the convenience charge is excluded. They provide scholarships to students who are coming from financially low backgrounds.
