- I always wished to pursue a Master's degree in Canada. There are so many Universities in Canada that offers a Master's program but there are just a few which accept admissions with 15 years of studies (12 + 3 years Bachelor's). Majority of the Universities have a minimum requirement of 16 years of education to be eligible to pursue a Master's degree.
- My university gave me the opportunity to pursue the program I desired with my 15 years of education. The teachers here are well-trained professionals and the environment is peaceful. We can even take one on one courses with our choice of instructor, that way we can explore our interests more. I had choices in other provinces too but the weather in British Columbia is the best in overall Canada so studying here was the best choice.
Course Curriculum
The course syllabus is well-updated and the courses that I have to study here to fulfill the credit requirements match perfectly with my previous education and my future goals. On the bright side, I have also been given a chance to be a research assistant for a project at my University which will bring tremendous growth to my resume. This position is not for all students. The selections are based on your skills and your confidence in making the project a success. However, there are other sections like newsletters, magazines, booklets, etc. where students can get their work published for free. All the students of the university have access to such opportunities. There is even a writing center at my University to help international students learn about the Canadian education system.
Fees
The tuition fee for my entire program is - 24,500 CAD.
Scores Required
- Duolingo English Test: 125
- Cambridge English Qualifications: 190; C1 Advanced or C2 Proficiency
