- It is an on-campus program offered on a full-time basis only.
- This program is specifically designed for those who will start, grow or drive new ventures whether in a startup or inside a corporation.
- The year-long program combines three intense residential boot camps at Smith School of Business in Kingston with an experiential, goal-driven project supported by an advisor throughout the year.
- This is a 'learn by doing' program with self-directed courses, workshops, guest speakers, and real innovation projects being launched.
- There are two program formats: immersed on campus in student life or anywhere in the world, depending on the type of project students are launching.
- Smith's Master of Management Innovation & Entrepreneurship launches students’ careers in the innovation or start-up ecosystem.
- Throughout the duration of the program, students will work on the development, design, and activation of your innovative ideas.
- Additionally, students will develop their business acumen through three boot camp-style sessions at Smith and virtually throughout the year.
- As a result, the program provides maximum flexibility for students to personalize their experiences.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Applicants must have an undergraduate degree in any discipline or equivalent with good academic standing from a recognized institution.
Indian Student Eligibility:
- Students must complete an undergraduate degree with first-class in a relevant field from a highly ranked university in India.
- Or, students completed a master's degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.

The following required documents are:
