- I opted for Concordia University as my study destination since it is one of the most reputed universities, known for its quality academic programs. - The university promotes experiential learning, personalized tuition and development, along with several student support services, all of which are designed to provide the confidence to stand out from the crowd and thrive in the chosen professional field. null
- The university has strong links with the private and public sectors, which would give an opportunity to learn from relevant visiting lecturers with leading careers in their subjects. I choose MEng. in Information Systems Security because it's emerging now and it's really a competitive course. It would contribute to achieve my desired goals. null
Course Curriculum
Course curriculum is relevant but topics what are being taught could be updated. They could teach newer tools and techniques that are being used nowadays. Also, Concordia provide opportunity to enroll in Co-Op program. If you are selected for Co-Op, then you can apply for internships to get industrial experience while studying. And, if you want a research based program specifically, then you contact the program advisor to get enrollment in the same.

I'm doing a Master of Engineering which means that there would be more theoretical knowledge than practical. The syllabus is mostly about the history and recent developments.

The campus itself is mesmerizing with a library equipped with all the utilities, from study rooms to desktops to group discussion tables, the library has it all. null
Course Curriculum
The course keeps on getting updated as per the industry requirements. Since cyber security is a continuous developing field, the course also gets updated with the new technologies being used in the market to keep the systems more secure.

The fees for whole program is near to 33,465 CAD in addition to 10,000 CAD GIC which every student needs to submit.

- Concordia University have a very good professors along with the right infrastructure to pursue your desired degree. It have a wide on campus work for students which really helped me balancing my work and study properly. null
Dislikes:
- The Campus stretch of Sir George William Campus is huge but it does not look like a campus , more like a street with lots of building as compared to the other campus of Concordia which is the Loyola Campus. null

To apply for the M.Eng Information Systems Security program of Concordia University you must have taken IELTS Academic and have an overall score of 6.5 with no individual score less than 6.5.
To apply for the MBA program of Concordia Univesity, you must have an undergraduate degree in any discipline with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.3 from a recognized college/university. You must also have a GMAT score of 580 and above plus a valid language proficiency test score in English or French. Along with these a minimum of two-years full-time work experience is required.
The duration required to complete the Master of Computer Science thesis-based program of Concordia University is two year. The university accepts applications for this program in the Fall, Winter and Summer intakes. While pursuing this program you can apply for a scholarship.
