- BSc in Visual Arts and Computer Science at the University of Victoria is offered as a 4-years program by the Department of Visual Arts and the Department of Computer Science.
- Students will learn how you can combine drawing, painting, sculpture, and photography with technology.
- This unique degree will give skills that students can apply far beyond the artistic community.
- They offer instruction in drawing, painting, sculpture, photography, extended media, and video art and a unique combined degree in visual art and computer science.
- The skills learned in visual arts are highly transferable well beyond the artistic community. Gain the tools essential for today’s rapidly changing and increasingly visual world.
- Students in the Visual Arts/Computer Science Combined Program who wish to participate in Co-op may, if eligible, enrol in and undertake work terms in one or both of the Visual Arts and/or Computer Science Co-op programs.
- The Co-op degree requires successful completion of three Co-op work terms.
- Completion of a minimum of one work term in each area adds the combined nature of their Co-op degree to the official record.
