Likes
- I admire the faculty we have who are open to dealing with our problems and issues throughout the day. They urge all students to attend office hours offered by various departments for external help and clarifications.
- I love the amazing opportunities we have on campus such as joining clubs, being a part of the varsity (our mascot) as well as representing our community and university in a bunch of sports like football, cricket, and basketball.
- There are quite a few options for a good meal on campus as well right from their canteen to Tim Hortons, Starbucks, and Subway!
Dislikes
- The timings of our canteen and other food places on campus are limited during the days and shut down early on weekends.
- Our classes are huge consisting of about 300-500 students which might be a problem sometimes as the professor does not get to address every student individually.
- No student is in their intended major in the first year as we have an additional requirement to be cleared which is to make POST (Program of our choice) to which we are admitted in our second year. This makes the university highly competitive and filters out students at the initial stage itself.
Course Curriculum
Our course and syllabus are updated every 2-3 years which means that our textbooks change along with our curriculum and sometimes professors as well. Our academics are very up to date and we do seek relevant and upcoming knowledge in our classes only. Our courses and syllabus are structured in a way that provides the student with the utmost exposure and knowledge from various subjects related to that major or field such as courses related to Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Programming, and more for a Management related field.
Fees
The tuition fee for about a year at UofT is CAD 60,000 which is equivalent to about 36 Lakh Indian Rupees, this is not inclusive of meals and residency on campus. This tuition fee is only for international Students. For domestic students or students with a Canadian PR, their tuition fee is much less, up to $8,000 - CAD 10,000 which is equivalent to 5-6 lakh Indian Rupees, this is not inclusive of meals and residency on campus. This fee is for all domestic students. This is usually the different fee structures offered at UofT, however, the tuition is changed based on the student's requirements or if the student is on a scholarship basis.

- I like the sporting facilities, the way things are being taught! Also the way the ranking of the university helped me in getting into various events.
Dislikes
- Less fun activities than other universities. I would say uoft is more academically focused with less activities happening in comparison to other universities.

- There are a lot of opportunities available to us after completing this program, and the research facilities are also very good here.
- The campus life is amazing. We have student lounges to play football or pool, and just chill and hangout. However, you do not get the time to do all of these.
- Some teachers utilize articles and podcasts, which I prefer because they are free and more accessible.
Dislikes
- As well, the process of getting your money back when you drop a course is not applicable for any other term, which is very disappointing

The tuition is approximately 53,000 CAD. If you decide to stay in residence the cost can vary from 11,00 CAD to 16,00 CAD for the first year. Residence costs include meal plan options. However, many off-campus housing options can also vary depending on your choice. Overall it's the best affordable college, in my opinion.

The course is more practical based rather than theoretical aspect and extracurricular activities are also required at the same time.

A strong work ethic is required - following all the instructions in the course material will guarantee a good grade for students. The course structure is very good and I can say 95% of students will develop a very strong understanding of the topics discussed. Scoring good grades is separate from understanding materials. The course is mostly outlines and each professor can decide how to teach and test the concepts and topics. The very flexible environment in terms of learning.

It was good because it taught me everything about business regardless of my focus/business field I chose. The course syllabus was similar to the previous years but for some courses, it was completely different.
Top university, very good business school (the best in Canada) and the campus is nice and in a good place in the city (downtown). The thing I liked the most was the diversity of the university and the inclusion.

180 credit points. This program offers a lot of practical knowledge and has made me more market-ready. I had about 8-10 students in my class.

Application for undegraduate programs offered at the University of Toronto must be submitted through the Ontario Universities’ Application Centre. You can find the link of this centre under the Undergraduate Admission section at the University of Toronto Admission.
If you have graduated from a designated learning institution in Canada, you may be eligible to apply for PGWP. However, graduating from a designated learning institution does not automatically make you eligible to appy for PGWP. You will be able to apply for PGWP after completing the one-year Certificate in Cloud Computing program of this university.
The University of Toronto does not offer Master in Child Counseling. But the university offers MA Child Study and Education, MA Counselling and Clinical Psychology, M.Ed Counselling and Psychotherapy, M.Ed Global Mental Health and Counselling Psychology, M.Ed Guidance and Counselling, MA School and Clinical Child Psychology. To apply for these programs, you must have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
