Likes
- Location, Scholarship, Fees and Family were the prime reasons I chose this University . On top of that the ranking was good enough.
- The atmosphere is secure and vibrant with good support from teachers. The University is well managed, the fees is not that expensive and the location of campus on Canberra is wonderful place to be in.
Dislikes
- Scholarship can be better and the fees keeps on increasing. Sometimes the support is not received on time. Regarding my case I selected a wrong unit but they did not let me joining another unit stating I was late for enrollment.
Required Exams for Admission
Everyone is approachable with good support however you much manage your work and study well. UC is great but not the best, I feel like it still misses something to be the best. There must be more flexibility for students.
Course Curriculum
It is updated according to the industry standards however I feel like there must be exposure to industry from 1st semester itself which will make it easier to land a job in related field.
Faculty
The faculty is good with good support and opportunities however my only concern is lack of exposure to industry. I feel like there must be more flexibility to international students and much more exposure to work on their field while studying. Everyone is easy to approach here.
Campus Life
Everything is well calibrated and top notch. However I felt there is not much support for mac users during some conditions.
Placement
I am still studying so don't have much experience in that regard. However, Give me the chance to write this survey ay again after 2 years I will answer and give it all. Cheers.
Accommodation
Do your research and be free from other's opinion. Nothing is difficult here if you have good research skills. Everything is easy here if you are well managed and know what you are doing.
Exams
I scored 7 in IELTS. The requirements were not much. Only IELTS and academic results. If you have gap be ready to provide evidence. I had a short interview from UC about my course and past visa refusal.
Fees
Less than 60,000 AUD for 2 years masters program with 25% scholarship.
Scholarship
25% Scholarship: International Student Merit Based Scholarship.
