NMIMS Engineering Admission 2026 is conducted for B.Tech and MBA Tech programs at Mukesh Patel School of Technology Management & Engineering (MPSTME) under NMIMS University. These courses are offered across multiple campuses, including Mumbai, Shirpur, Navi Mumbai, Hyderabad, Indore, and Chandigarh.
The university conducts its own entrance exam, NCET (NMIMS CET), and also accepts SAT/ ACT scores for engineering admissions. JEE Main scores are not considered for admission.
Admissions for the 2026 batch are currently open for B.Tech and MBA Tech programs. Registration for NCET began on 28 January 2026, and the last date to apply is 26 May 2026. The application fee is INR 2000 for one course, while candidates opting for two courses are required to pay INR 3000.
Note: Candidates can appear for the NCET exam up to 3 times (1 main attempt + 2 retakes). The highest score among all attempts will be considered for the merit list and admission.

SAT/ACT Route 2026
SAT (Scholastic Assessment Test) registration is open till May 23, 2026, with late registration available till May 27, 2026. ACT (American College Testing) is also accepted and is conducted multiple times a year, with registrations usually closing about 2-3 weeks before each test date.

NMIMS Engineering Eligibility Criteria 2026
Candidates must fulfil the following conditions:
- Passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognised board
- Minimum 45% in PCM
- Valid NCET score (for NCET route)
- Minimum 45% in PCM with a valid SAT/ACT score (only for SAT/ACT route)
- Candidates awaiting results may apply
- APAAR ID registration is mandatory
