Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology, Mohali, inaugurated Cyber Security and AI Innovation Labs in collaboration with NCSS, CyberCops, and AIINFOX to provide students with hands-on, industry-relevant AI and cybersecurity training.
With an objective to provide students a hands-on experience in building and delivering AI enabled solutions, Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology launched state-of-the-art ‘Cyber Security and AI innovation Labs’ at its campus in Mohali. The labs were launched in collaboration with the National Cyber Security Standards (NCSS), accompanied by CyberCops as the implementation partner and AIINFOX as the technical collaborator.
The initiative will enhance student understanding of AI and it's applications in cybersecurity. It will also help students in accomplishing essential practical skills (detecting, preventing, mitigating cyber threats, etc.) and cybersecurity techniques. The intervention will additionally pave the way for students to integrate interdisciplinary concepts such as- cloud computing, machine learning, cryptography, blockchain, into their areas of expertise.
Aligned with market-driven trends and NEP 2020 guidelines, we aim to empower the next generation of innovators. GJIMT’s commitment to quality education, Digital Shakti and Cyber Surakshit Bharat, guided by experienced instructors, will prepare the students with industry relevant, new-age AI skills, to drive innovation and technological excellence.
