The RIE CEE 2026 is a fully Computer-Based Test — all questions appear on a screen and you mark answers by clicking. No OMR sheet is used; your on-screen responses are recorded in real time. Keep the following instructions in mind once you are seated at your terminal:

• You will be assigned a specific computer terminal. Do not shift to another system without the invigilator’s permission.
• A scribble pad or rough sheet will be provided at your seat. Return it before you leave — do not take it out of the hall.
• The on-screen countdown timer shows your remaining time. Monitor it regularly, especially in the final 30 minutes.
• Use the question palette displayed on the right side of the screen to navigate freely between questions.
• Mark a question for review if you are unsure. Return to it before the exam ends.
• Do not click the final submit button until you have reviewed all answers. Once submitted, you cannot make changes. The system auto-submits when time runs out.
• If you face any technical problem — screen freeze, audio issues, or login errors — raise your hand immediately and alert the invigilator. Do not attempt to restart or fix the computer yourself.
• Biometric verification (fingerprint scan or live photograph) may be conducted at any point before, during, or after the exam. Cooperate with the invigilator.

• Dress in layers: Exam halls are often air-conditioned and can feel cold. Wear comfortable clothes and carry a light jacket or shawl.
• CBT time strategy: In a computer-based test, you can move freely between questions. Attempt questions you are confident about first, flag uncertain ones, and return. Never spend more than 90 seconds on a single question in the first pass.
