Physical Reporting Instructions
Follow these steps carefully before and during reporting to your allotted INI starting June 26, 2026.
- Report on time. Reporting must happen within the window stated in your allotment letter. Absent or late students may lose the allotted seat.
- Originals are mandatory. Photocopies alone are not accepted. Every original document must be presented at the verification desk.
- Security deposit option. If originals cannot be submitted on reporting day, deposit a refundable INR 3 lakh security with the institute. Originals must be submitted before the institute-specified deadline.
- Seat retention or upgrade choice. At reporting, choose Option 1 (accept current seat and exit counselling) or Option 2 (retain seat and participate in Round 2 for a possible upgrade).
- Admission remains provisional. Your seat is confirmed only after the institute completes full verification and approves eligibility.
