Woxsen University BTech CSE and CSE AI and ML fees for the 2027-31 batch total ₹30.60 lakh with standard residence. The amount includes ₹17.20 lakh in programme fees and ₹13.40 lakh for four years of residence. The two-year MBA 2027-29 total is ₹22.36 lakh with standard residence. Premium accommodation increases these totals to ₹33.14 lakh and ₹23.63 lakh respectively.

The university separates commitment, academic fees and learning resources within the programme amount. Accommodation, food and sports form the residential charge. This breakup is particularly useful for scholarships because the award applies to the eligible academic component rather than the entire cost of study and residence.

Woxsen University Fees for 2027

The following totals use the university's 2027 course schedules and the standard residential option. The programme fee already includes the commitment payment. Residence is added once for the full course duration shown.

Woxsen University Fees for 2027
Programme and batch Programme fee Standard residence Combined amount
BTech CSE / CSE AI and ML, 2027-31 ₹17,20,000 ₹13,40,000 ₹30,60,000
MBA, 2027-29 ₹15,66,000 ₹6,70,000 ₹22,36,000
BBA, three-year 2027 intake ₹12,80,000 ₹10,05,000 ₹22,85,000
BBA Honours, 2027-31 ₹17,05,000 ₹13,40,000 ₹30,45,000
BDes Honours, 2027-31 ₹17,30,000 ₹13,40,000 ₹30,70,000

A three-year BBA has one fewer year of programme fees and residence than the four-year honours option. The total difference is ₹7.60 lakh: ₹4.25 lakh in programme fees and ₹3.35 lakh in standard residence. The duration selected therefore has a direct effect on the full-course expense.

Woxsen BTech Fee Structure

Programme fee breakup

The 2027-31 BTech CSE and CSE AI and ML schedule gives a programme total of ₹17.20 lakh. This consists of the admission commitment, academic fee and learning resources. The four-year residential charge is additional.

Programme fee breakup
BTech component Four-year amount
Admission commitment ₹50,000
Academic fee, Part 2 ₹14,30,000
Learning resources ₹2,40,000
Programme total ₹17,20,000

The ₹50,000 commitment is a part of the ₹17.20 lakh total. It is paid when the offer is accepted and must not be added a second time to the full programme amount. The academic-fee component is kept separate because it is the amount on which the stated scholarship adjustment is calculated.

Annual BTech payments

The programme payment is ₹4.30 lakh in each of the four years. Standard residence adds ₹3.35 lakh annually, giving ₹7.65 lakh a year for the two components together. With premium residence, the annual combined amount is ₹8,28,500.

Annual BTech payments
Year Programme fee Standard residence Combined annual amount
Year 1 ₹4,30,000 ₹3,35,000 ₹7,65,000
Year 2 ₹4,30,000 ₹3,35,000 ₹7,65,000
Year 3 ₹4,30,000 ₹3,35,000 ₹7,65,000
Year 4 ₹4,30,000 ₹3,35,000 ₹7,65,000
Total ₹17,20,000 ₹13,40,000 ₹30,60,000

These figures apply to the named CSE and CSE AI and ML schedule. Other engineering programmes have their own fee documents. The table gives annual component totals; the university's payment instructions determine the instalments and due dates within the year.

Woxsen MBA Fees

The MBA 2027-29 fee schedule gives ₹15.66 lakh in programme fees for two years. The annual programme payment is ₹7.83 lakh. Standard residence adds ₹6.70 lakh across the course, bringing the combined total to ₹22.36 lakh.

Woxsen MBA Fees
MBA component Two-year amount
Admission commitment ₹1,00,000
Academic fee, Part 2 ₹13,46,000
Learning resources ₹1,20,000
Programme total ₹15,66,000
Standard residence ₹6,70,000
Combined amount ₹22,36,000

The annual programme fee and standard residence together are ₹11.18 lakh. With premium residence, the annual amount becomes ₹11,81,500 and the two-year total is ₹23.63 lakh. The premium choice therefore adds ₹1.27 lakh across the MBA.

The commitment payment is included in the programme amount, as it is for BTech. The ₹13.46 lakh academic component remains separate from the ₹1 lakh commitment and ₹1.20 lakh learning resources when a scholarship is applied. The general MBA quotation should not be substituted for a separately issued specialist programme schedule.

Woxsen BBA and BBA Honours Fees

The BBA schedule provides three- and four-year options. The first-year programme amount is ₹4.30 lakh, followed by ₹4.25 lakh in each later year. The three-year programme total is ₹12.80 lakh and the four-year total is ₹17.05 lakh.

Woxsen BBA and BBA Honours Fees
Year Programme amount Amount with standard residence
First year ₹4,30,000 ₹7,65,000
Second year ₹4,25,000 ₹7,60,000
Third year ₹4,25,000 ₹7,60,000
Fourth year, honours option ₹4,25,000 ₹7,60,000

The first-year programme amount is ₹5,000 higher than each later year. Adding the actual year-wise payments gives ₹22.85 lakh with standard residence for three years and ₹30.45 lakh for four years. Repeating only the later-year amount would omit that first-year difference.

With premium residence, three-year BBA totals ₹24,75,500. The four-year honours total is ₹32.99 lakh. The difference between the residential choices is ₹1,90,500 over three years and ₹2.54 lakh over four years.

Woxsen BDes Honours Fees

The BDes Honours schedule gives a first-year programme amount of ₹4.55 lakh and ₹4.25 lakh in each of the following three years. The programme total is ₹17.30 lakh. With standard residence, the combined four-year amount is ₹30.70 lakh.

Woxsen BDes Honours Fees
BDes payment First year Each later year
Programme fee ₹4,55,000 ₹4,25,000
Standard residence ₹3,35,000 ₹3,35,000
Combined amount ₹7,90,000 ₹7,60,000

BDes is ₹25,000 higher than four-year BBA in programme fees. Their standard residential totals are the same, so the difference in their combined totals is also ₹25,000. Premium residence takes the BDes combined amount to ₹33.24 lakh.

Woxsen Hostel, Food and Sports Charges

Standard and premium residence

The annual residential total has three components: accommodation, food and sports. Food and sports cost the same in the two categories below. The entire premium increase comes from the accommodation charge.

Standard and premium residence
Annual component Standard Premium
Accommodation ₹1,60,000 ₹2,23,500
Food ₹1,60,000 ₹1,60,000
Sports ₹15,000 ₹15,000
Annual total ₹3,35,000 ₹3,98,500

For the listed BTech schedule, standard accommodation is non-AC triple sharing and premium accommodation is AC triple sharing. Premium costs ₹63,500 more each year. The BTech programmes covered by that schedule are fully residential.

Residential cost by duration

Over two years, standard residence totals ₹6.70 lakh and premium totals ₹7.97 lakh. For three years, the amounts are ₹10.05 lakh and ₹11,95,500. Across four years, they are ₹13.40 lakh and ₹15.94 lakh. These totals use the annual rates in the 2027 schedules without a later increase.

The programme and residence amounts can then be added for the selected degree. A change from standard to premium affects the residence component, while the academic programme fee remains the amount for the selected course.

Woxsen Scholarships

Merit and sports awards

The scholarship information states merit awards of up to 50% and sports awards of up to 100% on the academic fee, subject to selection. The offer records the award. The maximum is not an automatic concession for every applicant.

Fee component covered

The course fee schedules apply the scholarship to Part 2, the academic-fee component. For the listed BTech course this is ₹14.30 lakh; for MBA it is ₹13.46 lakh. Commitment, learning resources and residence remain outside that calculation. The award letter determines the actual percentage and continuation conditions.

For illustration, a 10% reduction on BTech Part 2 is ₹1.43 lakh. Deducting it from the ₹30.60 lakh standard-residence total gives ₹29.17 lakh before other expenses or later changes. This is a calculation example, not a promise of a 10% award.

For MBA, the same illustrative percentage gives a ₹1,34,600 reduction on ₹13.46 lakh. The standard-residence total would become ₹21,01,400. Applying 10% to the entire ₹22.36 lakh combined amount would overstate the reduction because it would also discount components outside the scholarship calculation.

Other Expenses and Payment Terms

Students need their own laptop, and some assigned books are additional. The fee terms include Hyderabad study tours but charge separately for outstation tours. Laundry is available on a pay-per-use basis. These expenses depend on the student's requirements and are outside the combined programme-and-residence totals.

The quoted fee terms state a 2% surcharge for credit- and debit-card payments. For example, a ₹1 lakh payment attracts ₹2,000 at that rate. This is a payment-method charge rather than tuition. The available payment screen should show the applicable transaction amount before confirmation.

Delayed payments can attract penalties and interest. The fee terms also allow revision of charges, so the scheduled totals describe the current 2027 amounts rather than a guarantee against every later change. The university's due dates and receipts provide the record of each payment.

Instalment Plans and Education Loans

Woxsen's financial aid page lists monthly payment options through GrayQuest, with plans of 3, 6, 9 or 10 instalments. Students select the programme and enter the annual fee when applying for the payment arrangement. The provider's terms determine approval and any related charges.

Students may also approach a bank or financial institution of their choice for an education loan. Woxsen states that it does not decide or guarantee a lender's approval. The admission letter, course fee schedule and residential quotation support the application, while the lender assesses the borrower and repayment terms.
