The 22nd convocation ceremony of Globsyn Business School (GBS) was held at Taj Bengal in Kolkata. In the ceremony, students from the batch of 2023-25 convoked, marking 25 years of excellence in management education. More than 300 students were awarded during this event, showcasing the institution's dedication towards grooming future business leaders.

During the event, some of the distinguished guests present were Mr. Bikram Dasgupta, Founder & Chairman of Globsyn Group; Prof. R. C. Bhattacharya, Vice Chairman; Mrs. Ranjana Dasgupta, Managing Trustee of Kalyani Foundation; Mr. Rahul Dasgupta, Director & Trustee of GBS, Chief Guest Swami Atmapriyananda Maharaj, and Guest of Honour Shri Vinaya Varma, among others.

The presence of these distinguished guests from industry and academia added prestige to the event, in which they spoke of inculcating human values in students and being industry-relevant managers.

The occasion also celebrated the milestone of 25 years of excellence in management education by GBS. During the ceremony, Mr. Bikram Dasgupta captured this vision in a deeply emotional way when he said, “Our journey of 25 years has taught us that education cannot remain linear; it must constantly evolve and embrace disruption. Here, we believe that true management education must also nurture a deep sense of sustainable development, both environmental and social, so that our students are not only industry- relevant but also future-ready. Through what I call learning ‘Beyond Education’, we have created an ecosystem that enables young minds to grow and emerge as compassionate, responsible managers for the corporate world.”

Over the years, the institution has been emphasizing industry-oriented learning, research-oriented thinking, and the integration of technology into the management curriculum. The graduating class of Batch 2023-25 entered a widening world of opportunities, poised to meet the increasing need for ethical and forward-thinking leaders, continuing the legacy of the past 25 years as brand ambassadors of the Globsyn spirit.
