Dr. B Srinivasa Rao is the Dean Academics of Teegala Krishna Reddy Engineering College. He obtained his Ph.D. from Acharya Nagarjuna University in 2014. Professor Rao has successfully supervised and mentored three Ph.D. candidates, all of whom have been awarded their doctoral degrees. Currently, he is guiding five Ph.D. students in their research pursuits. He has over 20 years of teaching experience.

The most challenging task I faced in my career was navigating a period of budget constraints while maintaining the quality of education and research at our institution. From this experience, I learned the importance of resource optimization, strategic planning, and innovative solutions to overcome challenges.
What do you find the most difficult about being Dean-Academics?
The most challenging aspect of being a Dean-Academics is balancing administrative responsibilities with the need to continuously enhance the quality of education. It requires effective time management, collaboration with faculty, and staying updated with evolving educational trends.
