The degree includes a general education foundation that provides an understanding of broad social and economic issues. The general business core ensures graduates understand the functional areas of business such as accounting, finance, information systems, management and marketing.

The BBA with a major in real estate provides students with an understanding of market analysis, site selection, investment analysis, economics relating to land use, and professional services that support real estate transactions. The program prepares both traditional and nontraditional students for entry-level positions in private, public and not-for-profit real estate organizations.


Eligibility & Entry Requirement

  • Students must hold a senior secondary school degree from a recognized university.
  • The minimum science and program GPA needed to apply is 3.30.
  • Submission of IELTS, TOEFL, and PTE scores is required.

Students seeking graduate admission at Georgia State University must have an average GPA of 3.45 on a scale of 4.0 or 87% and above from a recognized university. You will not be considered for admission if you do not meet the minimum GPA requirement.
