- Real estate currently has more than 100 majors in the undergraduate program. Students are attracted to real estate because it allows them to focus their energy and aptitude on something applied and specific that has a direct link to careers in the workplace.
- The program has a strong reputation for the quality of the educational experience that we provide to our students. Employers often comment on the strong analytical skills Terry students exhibit, as well as their ability to think outside the box. A rigorous academic curriculum, coupled with the hands-on experience students gain through Terry’s internship program, gives our graduates a definite edge in this increasingly competitive job market.
- In a typical year, we place an average of 70 students in internships at firms across the country. In addition to internships, Terry also contributes to the career placement of its real estate graduates through a resume book that is mailed to more than 450 firms on a semi-annual basis. That exposure has enabled numerous firms to recruit our students. In a typical year, more than 60 full-time positions in the marketplace are advertised to real estate majors.
