- The diverse community: the ability to find people like yourself anywhere on campus.
- The financial resources for low income and first generation students
- The location is very nice as it is located in a vibrant city
Dislikes
- lack of school spirit. there’s not a lot of pride within the students about their school.
- No d1 sports. i can’t go to college football games.
- The Palestine & student protest controversy
I got into Emory University through a program called Quest Bridge. Quest Bridge is a program for low-income or first-generation students. That being said, Emory University gave me the most scholarships. I prepared for admission by attending an event hosted by the school -- virtual and in person.
Nursing is a rapidly changing field. Advances in science and technology have generated dramatic shifts in how and where nursing care is delivered. Emory’s nursing curriculum includes courses that address these changes, ranging from public and community health to ambulatory care management. The university also provides a dual degree of Nursing i.e BA+BSN.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students must have an official secondary school transcript to get admission.
- Students are required to maintain at least a 3.7 overall GPA.
Language Requirments:
- Students whose official language is not English are required to submit IELTS or TOEFL scores.
- Students are required to submit an SAT or ACT score to be considered for admission.
International students who currently or will hold a degree from an institution where English is the primary language of instruction, do not need to submit a TOEFL or IELTS score report.
