Bachelor of Arts [B.A] [Economics] From University of Akron

The BA in economics is a classic liberal arts degree. It trains students in economic theory along with data analytic and critical thinking skills required to investigate real world economic problems. Hands-on application of these tools in the classroom is stressed throughout the curriculum, culminating with the senior “capstone” research project.
