The Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Youngstown State University’s Williamson College of Business Administration is a 12-month, AACSB-accredited program tailored for professionals aiming to advance their leadership and managerial capabilities. Open to students with a minimum GPA of 2.7 and a completed 4-year undergraduate or equivalent degree, the program also welcomes Indian applicants with a first-class undergraduate or master’s degree. While not mandatory, five to six years of work or managerial experience is strongly preferred. With intakes in Fall and Spring intakes, the 30-credit program focuses on developing strategic thinking, talent management, economic analysis, and operational expertise. Applicants must submit transcripts, GRE/GMAT scores, a résumé, statement of purpose, and letters of recommendation. The MBA is designed to equip students with a holistic view of business to effectively assess challenges and opportunities in today’s competitive environment. Youngstown State University accepts almost all English proficiency exams, such as IELTS,TOEFL, PTE and DET for international students admission, english proficiency requirements include a TOEFL score of 79–80 iBT or IELTS score of 6.5. Indian students with excellent scores are eligible for the Dr. David and Jacqueline Lucas Scholarship in which amount varies. The acceptance rate is approximately 70%.
