- Bachelor's degree from a recognized 4-year university, in any engineering or engineering-related disciplines including computer science, biological sciences, physics, chemistry, mathematics, or applied mathematics
- A record of scholarly achievement at the undergraduate level. Applicants are expected to have a 3.0 (based on a 4.0 scale) cumulative undergraduate grade point average and a 3.0 in their major field of study.
