A two-year master’s degree following the three-year bachelor’s degree from India is required.

Personal Statement: Detail your academic goals, career plans, and how the MHS program will help you achieve them. Research Plan: Outline the background, significance, research question, and methods for your project, including relevant literature. Limit to two pages, excluding references. Primary Mentor: Provide the name of your primary mentor. Mentorship Committee: List the names of your three mentorship committee members, including at least one from outside your primary program. Mentor's Letter: Include a letter from your primary mentor describing your qualifications, their mentorship plans, and their commitment to your professional development through the MHS program. Division Chief or Chair's Letter: Obtain a letter confirming their support for your enrollment, protected time, and financial support for tuition.
