Bachelor of Science [B.S] [Interior Design] From University of Nebraska

Family Studies promotes the understanding of the developmental processes within families and applies these concepts to better serve their needs. The program provides students with an understanding of the relationships between research, theory and practice. A Family Studies graduate is prepared to work with individuals and families in a variety of settings.

The mission of the Interior Design program at the University of Nebraska Kearney is to provide students with academic preparation for professional practice in interior design, with additional emphasis in residential kitchen and bath design, advancing technologies, experiential learning and evidence based design. ?We provide a design education, which produces baccalaureate level students who are concerned with, engaged in, and active contributors to the health, safety and welfare of the interior design profession and society at large.
