- Master of Science in Psychology is a 2-year program.
- It is an on-campus program offered on a full-time basis.
- This program will prepare the students for further doctoral training or for a range of psychology-related careers, such as statistical consulting and teaching.
- Students will receive a solid grounding in theory, essential training in research methods, and a breadth of knowledge in several areas of psychology.
- Classes are offered during the day on the Lincoln Park Campus.
- Students will have to complete eight core courses, three electives, and a master’s thesis or capstone project.
- About 98% of graduates were employed, continuing their education or pursuing other goals within six months of graduation.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students must hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in a related subject from a recognized university.
- A minimum GPA of 3.5 is required on a 4.0 scale to be eligible for the program.
Indian Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Students must complete a 4-year undergraduate degree with first class in a relevant field from a recognized institution
- Or, students completed a master's degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
