What Students Say
Likes
- For robotics there is kind of good faculty here and labs are also fine , basically for the amount you are giving it’s worth it.
Course Curriculum
- The coursework is pretty good, but we have to take the initiative for jobs. Of course university will help, but still it’s our initiative at the end, timing of classes varies.
- Usually, I will have something like Monday evenings and Thursday evenings, and students in my class are around 60.
Admission Experience
- Mainly money, and I got a scholarship because of my undergrad GPA. The fee is relatively less than other universities I have attended and near Boston (location matters ).
- My GRE was around 300, IELTS 6.5, but I would suggest 7
Faculty
- 1:50, their teaching is good, but the content is kind of hard, so a lot of homework to understand the class. I don’t have such professor who has left an impact on me.
Campus Life
- I am pretty sure there is some extracurricular activities happening in college. I am not involved in those, but there is some happening now and then, sports are good, the library is there, and for my department, there is a good number of labs.
Part Time Jobs
- RA is tough, TA, and other part-time opportunities are kind of easy to secure; the maximum you can work 20 hrs per week, not sure about the last question.
Placement
- Not sure about the job details because these are subject to change depending on market conditions. Usually, students find jobs on linked in other job boards, as well, referrals and career fairs.
Accommodation
- Accommodation by Facebook, my cost was around private - 600 and shared - 380.
Exams
- IELTS, GRE, letter of recommendation, CV, statement of purpose
Fees
- Around 40k USD
