- This course will provide students with a wide range of opportunities to work at management level in world-class hotels, country clubs, theme parks, leisure centres, exhibition venues and catering services. If they’re good with people, business-minded and hard-working, a career in hospitality business management is for them.
- This strongly vocational course will give students the knowledge and skills necessary for a range of management careers within the international hospitality industry. The course has an international focus, which means they will be able to apply what they learn to overseas organizations
- Throughout the course, University College Birmingham will encourage students to add to their skills by specializing in subjects such as Cross-cultural and Global Management in Hospitality, Management of Food and Beverage Operations or Events Planning.
