What Students Say
Likes
- Education system, Extracurricular activities, facilities, student life.
Dislikes
- MSc teachers don't teach in detail.
Course Curriculum
- Course syllabus is quite updated to the latest. Advanced Practice semester gave me industrial exposure and the final project gave me research experience (PhD level). Normally 2 classes are scheduled a day (2 hours each), 3 to 4 days a week. Average number of students attending lecture depends upon the module - some modules overlap with other courses and they combine into just one class of around 200 students, whereas the number could be as low as 20 students in a class for particular subjects.
Admission Experience
- This university offers an extra semester of Advanced Practice which allows you to work on live industrial projects. Its good for peers who are new to this domain and don't have any prior industrial experience.
- Just an IELTS exam score above 6 bands is required. I scored band 7 in my IELTS.
Faculty
- Faculty teaching is average. Students just need to make sure they follow all rules and regulations provided by faculty to pass any module
Campus Life
- Excellent! Campus life, student life is good there. Tons of things to do. One can join gym, swimming, play sports in the court, etc. Over all fantastic!
Part Time Jobs
- Most part-time jobs offer the minimum wage. Working in warehouses gives you an extra penny in your pocket. 20 hours max per week are allowed for students.
Placement
- None in the UK. There are no jobs for someone having a 'visa status.' Most jobs are just for British Passport holders. In the rest, there is hell-like competition.
Accommodation
- Student accommodations cost as little as £400 per month to as much as £1,500 a month. Choice is yours.
Exams
- Just the IELTS exam is required. Documents such as SOP, LOR, CV and Academic marksheets are required.
Fees
- £20,000 is the fee.
