What Students Say
Likes
- 1 year course QS World Ranking 6 QS Course Ranking 8 Opportunity to delve into a career not that prominent in India
- The best thing about my university is the course itself. It is more than what I expected and has really helped me learn ,many new things. There are also a lot of eating joints, bars inside the university to chill and relax if you are having a tough day.
Dislikes
- It has a very small campus compared to my undergraduate and no accommodation by the university for post-graduates. While the university provides a lot of support for career development, placements could really help students.
Required Exams for Admission
I have had a great experience overall. I found a great research project I wanted to work on along with a variety of courses that helped me upskill myself and grow in many domains of my field. The only drawback is since it is a 1 year course everything happens really quickly and you need to be prepared all the time.
Course Curriculum
Really relevant and useful. 50% of my course is research based.
Faculty
Great faculty, ratio is approximately 1:2 (student:faculty). This is for master's students.
Campus Life
London is expensive so exracurricular activities are also paid for. Everything is available and world-class.
Placement
No concept of placements over here. Need to look for jobs on your own. Really difficult currently with companies not really hiring international students.
Accommodation
I have a great accommodation where I share a flat with 1 other person. All facilities and bills are included. Rent 810 pounds/month
Exams
IELTS/TOEFL Requirements TOEFL - 107 No GRE requirement GRE Score - 327 (159 Verbal 168 Quant). 2 LORs - Better to have it written from a professor who could give a personal feedback along with academic feedback SOP - Should be catered to each university one is applying to.
