BITS Pilani Dubai campus is a great choice over VIT, SRM, or Manipal. Although the fees are high, they are worth the quality of campus life, the international exposure offered, and the excellent faculty pool. Moreover, the BITS Pilani Dubai campus offers two internships during the tenure and guarantees placement after Btech. The infrastructure is top-notch and the labs are well-equipped and excellent sports facilities are offered. DTU, NIT Delhi and IIIT Delhi campuses are nowhere near the BITS Pilani Dubai campus. VIT and SRM are also on the other side and have decent campus facilities with great faculty and placement scenarios.
