- Nanotechnology is highly interdisciplinary, involving physics, chemistry, biology, materials science, and the full range of engineering disciplines. By studying substances on atomic scales and developing the capability to manipulate them, new materials and systems can be created with specific, unique properties.
- The 4-year B.Tech. The nanotechnology programme at Amity University Dubai gives students a sound understanding of the applications of Nanotechnology & Nanoscience in a wide range of areas including basic sciences, engineering, healthcare, the electronics industry, pharmaceuticals, research and agriculture.
- The B.Tech (Nanotechnology) program spans across eight semesters and focuses on:
- Basic technological knowledge of nanomaterials and devices
- Application of Nanotechnology & Nanoscience in a wide range of areas including basic sciences, engineering, healthcare, electronics industry, pharmaceuticals, research, and agriculture.
