Remarks

Teaching is not upto the mark no facilities are provided to students practical do not take place time to time there's no other extra activities taking place ni the college students aren't provided with the proper equipment. Money minded management.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Course curriculum are all upto the mark but the exams do not take place in the fair manner they take money from the students and give them marks in the internals and soo on this is the truth of today's education they do not teach us they do business with us i cried a lot writing this please do something to improve the education system even the government is not doing anything is this concern.

Placement Experience

2.5

This college doesn't provide jobs internship or anything other thing at all students run here and there for jobs after completing their degree from this college it fools the students in every aspect cheat the student by taking high fees.

College Events

2

We celebrate only fresher's and farewell both on the same day and a sports week only no other activities are done through out the college in the year they promise us to take us for a science tour but didn't even completed that promise this college sucks

Fee Structure And Facilities

Hostel Facilities

3

No i haven't opted for any hostel because i live in the near by town so i travel daily to the college by auto or bike i think hostel facilities aren't upto the mark but students say the that food is good.

Alumni/Alumna

Worst in my point of view teacher's aren't qualified that much principal is sick of money students aren't supportive other staff is also not working we do not have even the bench to study or a white board to write worst college.

Admission

Filled a form they called me for an interview and yay i got admission directly into the college this is what they do they said they ll provide this they ll provide that all they did is tjey cheated me.

Faculty

3

Faculty is qualified but underpaid teachers Don't get enough facilities from the college management management is greedy cuts the salary of the colleges techers are good by nature but what can they do if the college isn't supporting them.

Form the beginning of very first year students are eligible for the campus placements. TCS, cognizant, wipro, are the some companies visited here. Highest package is 44 lpa in amazon which is off campus for software role. Placements % is quite medium if you are serious about skill then you will be get a path here to go ahead. Arround 60 to 70 is the placement % My plans after getting degree is to get a job.

Placement Experience:

No companies as here only lawyers of arbitration and other domains come to hire students. Most students though have PPO from their interning companies but not real 10-20 LPA placements for Galgotias and that i wish change because our university academics and the kind of learning that is provided is at par with that of NLUs.

Amity University, Bachelor of Arts [BA] {Hons.} (Economics)

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum at Amity University is a well rounded blend of theortical principles and practical relevance that shaped my future career. There are modules like microeconomics, macroeconomics, econometrics and statistics that provide a strong formation for any future career opportunities in economics or finance. Additionally the presence of specialise subject like health economics, developmental economics, international trade, public policy and behavioural economics very highly appealing and something you would not find in other universities or/and government university. The inclusion of such modules got my attention because it promised to go beyond traditional economic subjects and focusing on the practical subjects that are also industry specific level of domain of economics. They were also research projects, data analysis classes, case studies throughout the three year course which allows students to apply and test their knoweldge that further enhance the value of the degree. There were also subjects like environmental sciences, psychology, communicative English which was made mandatory for students that help them shape their personality and adapt more to a corporate setting. The examination system is designed to assess the viability of skills and critically but the difficulty of exam especially towards the end of semester can create unnecessary pressure for students. There will be time that there will be last minute syllabus changes or additional chapters to be considered and there is no structured format of what you can expect in the written exam however there is a fair grading system though some students feel that instead of the exams there can be more emphasis on analytical side rather than modules that require rote learning.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Overall curriculum was good that they make proper schedules of classes and all but there was something lacking is that sometimes the professor was absent and we wasn't aware about that and sitting in that class without knowing they should inform us or make a proper arrangement for replacing of class with other teacher and also there was lacking of technology in studies I didn't remember how many times they used the projector for proper teaching.
