The overall campus of the college is too good , the hostel has more that 40 rooms and lots of students can opt for hostel also they have bus service for transportation so overall it helps in reaching college in time and the timing of the college is f
The learning experience is also good over there .

Dislikes

While taking the admission we thought there are many students in the college but our batch was just of 20 students from which two students left the college due to some circumstances but for the every thing is good the and i am enjoying college days .
The college lacks is bonding the students

Course Curriculum Overview

The college is fully targeting in making everyone a good architect and paya equal attention to each and every student . The one to one interaction is also good as we have good design in the end of the semester.

Class Size: 18Course Fees: INR 98000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

This course is totally a 5 year course , in which each year you are introduced to newer subjects , till 3rd year till 5th semester you have to make handmade drafted sheets and after 5th semester you work starts on software

Campus Life

They have nice club activities also the site visits helps a lot in the overall architecture journey as we get to know many different things and we can improve our design by getting the opportunity to learn from the site visits

Admission

I have chosen this course as i was interested in this course from my childhood i like building things and my Tamil background also belong to architecture business , so I opted this course for architecture

Faculty

The faculty ia good the course from 1st year have subjects such as basic design then in the 2nd yr we have architecturural design which is known as AD and we have a subject named TOS for which we have visiting faculty to teach

Night Life

My college is placed on a hill so it feels like we are learning on a hill station as in the morning we can see smog everywhere in winter season and days like summer feel hot but the view is amazing from the college

Definitely this is architecture course so thing are always creative and enthusiastic but the way they approach us or engage with curriculum might be better there are many way to teac things practically but they choose to make all the things between 4 walls,and few faculties are worst that thay don't even know what architecture means

A college where you feel heard

Course Curriculum Overview:

The academic load is there but if at any point we have any difficulty in not completing the assignments, the faculty is understanding. It does affect the marks but you can always improve. The teaching schedule is planned and given to us. One main thing is that we started designing our own structures in first sem itself with plans elevations and sections and models of it. While the other colleges haven't done that.

Good Placement, Friendly Ecosystem, Various Cultural Festivals and a door to opportunities

Placement Experience:

From semester 8 student becomes eligible it is a period when the internships began. Students are getting placed in very good firms throughout the country and even a few of them are getting positions in foreign countries. Around 70-75% are getting hired every year but mostly based on their performance throughout the year. I'm not sure whether the companies come to college and pick students but yes students have options and opportunities to approach the firm and they certainly get placed. Even faculties are also good helpful and give the opportunity to join their firm itself.

Review about DYPSOA

Remarks:

The area around college is still developing and students need to travel around to find good hangout spots. They infrastructure is quite dull. They faculty are experienced but lack practicality.

Placement Experience:

After a government college recognition and your portfolio work its easier to get a job. College doesn't do any placement. None of the architectural colleges do placement.
