What Students Say

Likes

The classroom hare are very good and air condished
The traveling between hostel to class is short and easy
There is also a nice and big cafeteria inside the campus where all foods are available

Dislikes

The drainage system here is very bad a little rain happens and the roads are clogged with water all around
The campus is very small as compared to other campus in the city
There is no events and programs being conducted by the college

There is no such big events or extra curricular activities conducted by the the college in this the college is a little low on score bt there are other clubs and for our own improvement and development i suggest if there would be events conducted by the college then it would have been a lot better

In my college the students from final year only are eligible for campus placement and there are so many which. Have visited our campus for the placements and others like tata,wipro, Infosys, Deloitte, Accenture and etc the highest paid package here was 60 lakh in btech cse the previous year

Fees and Financial Aid

There are a total of 6 no.of semester in my course which is a duration of 3 years so i pay arround 1.5 lakhs for the course fees and 1.65 lakhs for the hostel and mesh as i have opted for the ac hostel and there is a caution money of 5000 for in case of emergency my batchmates fees are a little low as compared of mine beause some stay at home and some stay at other non ac hostels and there are many number of scholarship available one can opt for and also many opportunities

So.my overall experience in this College was good i really kind of enjoy being in this College and i am happy with my decision and i hope to do well and gain a good experience from here and there are so many seniors running many clubs like photography club, literally club and many more

Hostel Facilities

As i have opted for the best hostel available in the college my experience os very good and my room is also very spacious and clean as the maid comes every day to wipe and broom the room the meal quality here is kind of low not ass good as much we pay off the registration process and joining of hostel was very good and easy i didn't find any difficulty during my hostel joining

Admission

Before joining this College i also applied for kiit university and few other colleges bt at the end i finalize to take admission in this college and i think i took the right decision to be here and persue my further studies and my admission process was very smooth and reliable all the faculties were very cooperative and friendly

Faculty

The faculties here are very cooperative and friendly and kind and we find very easy to interact with them and share our problems or well-beings with them And there are always exams being conducted by the college for regular practice

The best and detailed review

Placement Experience:

As Rourkela is a tier 3 city the placement opportunities are no as much as the tier 1 cities but the college still provides placements oppertunities with a decent amount of starting package of 4LPA.The college brings alot of companies for job and intership through it's long and good establishment in the city. The students becomes eligible for campus placement from 5th semester onwards as they have enough projects. Infosys, Capgemini,Dalmia,etc companies visited and highest package was 4.5 Lpa and average was 4lpa with 2 lpa as the lowest. Getting a MCA degree afterwards is most preferable for getting a better job.

From final year students are eligible for campus placement. 4 companies visited for campus placement. 60-70% students get placement. 5lakhs per annum is highest and 4lakhs per annum is average package. Companies like Deloitte accenture has come in our campus. I would do a job as well as pursue MCA.

My positive experience with the college community and environment

Placement Experience:

Placement from our collage is good. Maximum student get placed by a good package. From 5th semester students are eligible for campus placements. Many companies like vipro,etc. visited and offered high salary to students. Highest package of our collage is 28 LPA and average package is 6.5 lakh. About 90% student gets placed after completing their courses. After getting the degree I will go for MCA

I had also applied for Chandigarh University in Mohali for a BE degreen in CSE(AI and ML). I got admission there based on their online test CUCET. But I had to choose my college over CU because upon going there i realised that the university was far from the main city and also the environment inside the college is more shifted towards fun and parties which didn't align with my personal life. I had also given IMU examination and secured an AIR 307 but because of i was underweight i couldn't make it. My first impression of the college I chose

I applied in vit chennai , lpu , kiit , and vit bhopal . I got confirmed admission from all the colleges but i chose this college as it was in my hometown and the rating and education background of the college was impressible. No i didnt get any rejection from any college i applied. The admission process includes online application which is free of cost.
