Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

At start i wasnt sure i can do this course but during curriculum of 20 days of my first days of college some speakers was invited they motivated me that i can do much more than i think in this field. Medical field prepares you for the real world experience how youll handle the situation and patients totally depends on you. I think teaching faculties should also focus on why we are learning the subjects so that we also get that it is important for us to study it properly. So for our unit tests we get 15 mins for 15 marks questions. It is toally mcq based. Term exams we get 3 hours for 100 marks paper.

Internships Opportunities

3.5

Our college gives us regular hospital rounds in which we need to study 1 OPD case regularly. And 15 IPD cases depends upon how much youre keen to learn. Hospital rounds are conducted on a daily basis and we need to check pulse bp ecg of a particular patient.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees which i pay yearly for my college is 150000/- . Tuition fees -1,36,000 Develpoment fees - 13636 University registeration fees - 6300 My batchmate is from a managemnt quota he pays around 450000/- yearly and other fees suchblike development and registeration are excluded Various kinds of scholarships are available for us depends upon our cateogries SC/ST - 90% of tutiton fees OBC - 60% of tuiton fees EBC - 50% of tution fees

Campus Life

3.5

So our college has a fest yearly named TECHLONS Which is conducted in dec-jan month. So we are provided by practical journals from college itself. And we have many books of diffrent authors to study the subjects in deep. Our library contains 15 days limit to return book aur you can reissue it after 15 days. Our college fest has sports week which contains diffrent kinds of sports in which we can participate in any sport we want to play.

Admission

I didn't got any other college than this so i cant answer this question properly. I applied for other colleges which was close to my city but i couldn't get into any of those because of my ranking in entrance examination. So after round counseling if you get any name infornt of your name in list you have to contact the college form there official website then theyll tell you other information. So the person wants to get into the college needs to give NEET examination which is conducted by NTA yearly. After giving NEET examination and getting qualified marks you get eligible for enrollment for counselling rounds. Cutoff of the particular colleges yearly are not defined it gets changed yearly. My overally admission experience was good i gone to the college they made me comfortable and asked some few questions and i felt good.

Faculty

3.5

So our class intake is 60 and we have 5 subjects and 5 teachers also. So that means 1 teacher for each subject Our teaching faculty is very supportive and understanding towards us. If we have any problems they didn't judge us instead they try to solve our problems. There is some faculty members which we dont like sometimes but it's not always possible that we'll always get the good in all things sometimes bad also comes up with the good. So basically we have a 1.5 year proff each So in 1.5 years we contain 9 unit tests of 15 marks each Then we have 2 term exams in which 100 marks for theory and 100 marks for practical examinations. And finally our university exam which also have 100 marks for theory and 100 marks for practicals. Exams are always tricky so we could learn about them and learn. But sometimes level gets easy it totally depends on how much we study for the exams. The students who prepare well gets pass easily who doesn't they find it bit difficult.

As an ambition of becoming a doctor and serving society, I opted for this course. faculty to student ratio is quite high with more than 6 professors per subject and about 10 for each department. qualification of faculty is minimum MD in the respective subject. timely exams are taken but if you study regularly no worries about getting passed with good marks.
