While I was in 12th I was planning for neet to pursue a career in medical field but after giving 2nd attempt I failed to get a seat olin medical college and my relatives told me to pursue bpharm course as it was the closest to medical field No in the pharmacy line if educated properly is unemployed The teaching methods should be interactive considering the time given for the semester it is nearly impossible to connect with all the students Nothing is difficult in this course if you study on a daily basis the frequency of exams within 6 months we have to give 2 it ,and 1 main semester exam

As such we don't get any internship from college we are just recommend to the industry if our grades are good Also we have a training program in 3rd year in a industryand I know only this much about the college placement

For pursuing b pharmacy course in Goa is cheap relatively because The semester fees in government college is around 50000 which decrease with every semester The students with caste certificate and ews category get 50 percent concession There are few tfw seats in which the tuition fee is not to be payed

The college holds importance for festival and events Once you have acquired the library card u can get access to every book in the library within the college hours There is a book bank scheme in which you can take the library book to your house Every classes if equipped with a projector Some of them have digital tv

We have to give a state entrance exam GCET which is removed from year 2024 and the admission are on the basis of neet exam All the information of admission is given on dte.gov.in website You will find date dte building in porvorim The admission process is based on the rounds and merit list is given in the website prior to round of admission

The teaching style of the faculties varies with different teachers while most of them just read the PPT they have prepared and ask us few questions Some of them are actually interested in teaching us Only few or may be 1 or 2 they are interested in taking classes and give only ppt for self study overall we interact very less with the faculties while including their qualification I don't have any complaint for that as all are well qualified
