College is full of greenery and they provide BDU cycles freely for hostel students.

Dislikes

Trichy is a place where the temperature is so high than other districts

Course Curriculum Overview :

The Biotechnology is a growing field the academic curriculum cover overall concepts needed to pursue higher studies Practical session prepares us for the academic pursuits Change of syllabus would be better Exam would be conducted at the end of the semester, with interval between exam for preparation

Class Size : 1Course Fees : INR 49000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Tution fee would cost around 14000 per semester but that changes according to caste wise category . Per semester the total fee would be 27000 for first semester and 21000 for remaining semester. Post matric scholarship would be available

Campus Life :

There would be a culturals festive by each of department, Pongal function will be celebrated. Vast variety of books is available and can be loaned for free. projector would be available No sports are not involved. Student clubs are there , but not a mandatory.

Hostel Facilities :

cot, fan , and shelves are available. Food is ok, eatable Registration process would take 3 to 4 hours due to rushness. No online process. Pricing would be 16000 per year and mess bill would alter.

Hostel Fee : INR 53000 per year

Admission :

applicant should have B.Sc degree in Biotechnology or relevant field. Application form and fees can be found in official website for BDU There would be a entrance exam for the admission. The cut off would be obtained by 50 %of ug and 50% of entrance exam score Study topics covering molecular biology, immunology, plant and animal Biotechnology, cell biology , genetics before exam

Faculty :

There are main staffs they are professors and associate and assistant professor - we have two associate professor and 3 assistant professor. There are more guest lecturers to teach the sessions. So moderate level to faculty to students ratio

The curriculum designed in M.Sc zoology is suitable for all the students in a way that they can easily learn and it is also relevant to the world current and it helps the student not only in learning but also in society and in real-world life which is very useful for them and compare it to the students to become proficient in the life and there work. Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum is quite good here compared to the other universities. The curriculum the very good order of the topics. The semester exams are conducted twice in a year. It will be 3 hours.
