RIE - its pros and cons

The students must have completed their class 12 or equivalent in any state board. There will be an entrance exam CEE conducted once in a year. The application fee is around 1000 and it will be released in the month of April/ May it might be changed in some cases. There are only reservations for SC/ST category and EWS category. The marks and the ranks will be declared after few weeks. The entrance exam will not be that difficult it mainly focuses on some teaching aptitude and English, mathematics. Application fee for general and OBC students is 1200 and for SC and ST students 600 PWD 600 economical section candidates 600. Majority of the reservation benefits are there for st and sc students even if they got let's get lesser marks than those of OBC and general there is most chance that they will get seat.
