Dynamic life at Lexicon institute of media and animation

I chose the media course at Lexicon Institute due to my passion for journalism and anchoring. The curriculum is engaging and up-to-date with industry news, offering a diverse range of subjects. The faculty-to-student ratio is favorable, they give personalized attention. The faculty members are highly qualified, with many holding advanced degrees and substantial industry experience. Term exams were conducted promptly, allowing adequate time for preparation. While the course was challenging, it was also rewarding.

I am from the first batch hence there is no placement data as of now. However, the institute has good collaborations with Industry leaders such as the Times of India, Pune Mirror, etc. Placement partners of the institute are Zee TV, M Viacom, and many others.

Students at Lexicon Institute typically become eligible for campus placements from the 5th semester onwards. Several prominent companies, visit the campus, offering a range of profiles in animation, Media studies, communication, reporting, and anchoring. The highest package offered was 10 lakh, while the average package stood at 4 lakh, ensuring good opportunities for graduates. Approximately students secure placements, For those who don't opt for campus placements, the institute provides strong career counseling and networking support, making employability a key focus.

The fee structure at Lexicon Institute is competitive, making quality education easy. The institute also offers various scholarships, financial assistance, and on-campus job opportunities. Lexicon has a transparent fee hike policy, ensuring that costs are reasonable throughout the program.

Campus life at Lexicon Institute is vibrant and engaging. The annual fest, called "Kala," or "Heartbeats" takes place in a year, providing exciting events and opportunities for students. The library is well maintained with a wide range of books and journals, supporting academic research. Classrooms with modern amenities, create the best learning environment. Sports and extracurricular activities are actively promoted, with facilities for various sports, including a well-maintained sports ground.

I opted for rented accommodation during college The room is well-furnished with a study desk, chair, and a comfortable bed, ensuring the best study environment. Regarding meals, I eat at the college cafeteria. The meal quality was decent, with a variety of options, and the menu changed regularly to cater to different preferences.

The admission process at Lexicon Institute of Media and Animation was very smooth. As a student, I was required to meet certain eligibility criteria, including a minimum CGPA and a specific 50% grade. The college website provided clear information about these requirements. For the Bachelor's program, I had to take an entrance exam or an interview that was well-organized and covered all subject-related matters.
