Course Curriculum Overview

the course bcom(CS) majors in accounting and taxation with other allied law and marketing papers. the faculty members were well-trained and experienced. all the department staffs were very supportive in all aspects.

Class Size: 77Course Fees: INR 45000 per year

Internships Opportunities

TCS, HCL, Sutherland, Episource, Accenture, Etc., Damodaran Associates and Amphenol omniconnect are some of the companies that are offering internships with stipends. We do projects based on our internship and submit a final project report.

Placement Experience

students are allowed to attend placement From the fifth semester or generally in their final year. 90% of the students are placed in the campus interview. the company offers a good salary package episource they offered 30k CTC and 26k take-home.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

the fees at MGR Janaki are relatively less when compared to other colleges in Chennai. Only 45k (2020-2023) while in other colleges the same courses are offered for 60k to 80k. SC/ST scholarship, Agaram, and Maatram scholarships.

Campus Life

Our college's annual fest named NAVRAS will be conducted once in a year for two to three days. We do celebrate cultural fests like Aadi perukku, Pongal celebration, etc. Our classrooms are well-maintained and spacious. Corporate club, Rotary club, NSS & YRC clubs are also functioning.

Admission

I was eligible for this course. The application can be collected from the office in the college. application fee costing Rs.150. application will be given from the month of April. The admin office is easily approachable and friendly in clarifying our course details.

Placement Experience:

In placement are starting in fifth semester for the college students. There are companies like TCS, Accenture etc companies has been coming with high package amount (7,00,000) per annum .And the average package of the placement is (2,00,000)per annum.Almost 100% of students will get placed in the college. My plan after the college is starting a business

Placement Experience:

The placements are really good. A lot of companies like Deloitte, Dell, McKinsey, ICICI, KPMG recruit the students. The pay scale ranges from 3 to 7 lakhs per annum depending on the company and the post. There are a lot of rounds to be cleared though, like aptitude tests, group discussions, interviews. Almost 70% of the students get placed if they opt for it.

Remarks:

Location, is the main thing I want to study in this college and fees structure as well If you want to opt for any self-finance course then it might be a little expensive but if you are opting an aided course, then the fee structure is very much low and super affordable as well. The total fees for 2 years of the course which I had pursued, I had to pay nearly Rs 18000. The fees also included tuition fees, semester fees, other fees as well.
