Remarks

After the 10th class passed I wrote polycet entrance exam. Total marks in polycet are 120 and 35 is the pass mark. Polycet application is available online, And the application fee is based on different categories (oc-500, Bc-300) and it is available in March or April. After qualifying for the entrance exam we must go to counselling at various centres for verification ,after verification set the colleges we want. online counselling is better than manual.

The diploma is similar to engineering, almost all the topics or subjects in engineering are covered in the diploma. A diploma is the best step to joining engineering. All the first years are in one department after 1st year all go to their respective branch departments, Total 2nd and 3rd-year students are 130-150 and the teachers are 6-8 members for diploma. B.tech qualified lectures to take classes of diploma, Some of the teachers explaining practically but some teachers explaining as per textbook. In the first year there is only one semester, but In 2nd and 3rd years there are 2 semesters, the board exams are conducted by SBTET and the exams were a little bit difficult but preparation will overcome it.

Fees and Financial Aid

If you got a rank in a polycet there is no cost to study. You can pay only the exam fee-500, the bus fee(if used)-as per distances, And the fee for internships & extra courses. Vidhya deevena is a name of scholarship, I didn't get any job because I went to further studies.

Campus Life

Horizon is the name of the annual tech fest, Fests are conducted in Feb or March. The library in bvcits is excellent there are a lot of books and journals available and computer service also available. Classrooms are good but the water facility is not in every department, the water facility available only in one place. Sports events are conducted once a year.

Brief analysis of my college

Polycet is the entrance exam, which is conducted after the 10th examination. This exam pattern is based on the 10th subject and the Polycet entrance exam is passed and eligible for the course based on the result(rank). To pass the entrance exam, got ranked and select a different college in web options and join the college to fill out the application form and to due the application fee. To pass the exam and get ranked and to be selected by a college is based on their reservation candidates to get a different branch in different colleges to apply.
