GBPIT ACADEMIC AND PLACEMENT OVERVIEW.

Eligibility for diploloma is class 10th pass with 35 percent marks. You have to appear for common entrance test conducted by technical education department now known as DSEU. When i was appeared in the exam board of technical education regulated NCT govt have taken the exam,form is available on their site now known as dseu.ac.in . Application fees was rupees 500. after releasing of application foe=rm is available for a month. You can avail benefits of reservation during fiiling of application form,but you have your reservation category certificate at the time of document verification.I have availed SC resevation. They ask for too many copies of the documents ,I think they should copy document by their own according to their need.

The frequent availability of jobs in this branch attracted me to take this branch and also this is the one of the best course after 10th to get employable as soon as possible. Faculty and student ratio is 6 teacher per 60 students. Faculty are well cooperative and most of the them are P.hd holders. All have their own teaching style. They help students to perform better in examination. They give assignment to students timely. All practicals are done timely. Passing exam is not so difficult just listen to teachers and do assignments on time,also revise last year paper for better understanding.

From 5th semester you are eligible in placement. Companies like ABB,INFOSYS,TRICOLITE,BSES,ATLAS COPCO,VIKAS GROUP etc. visited this here. Only 60-70 percent students others go for further studies. Highest 4.14 LPA CTC Average 2.25 LPA CTC lowest 1.9LPA CTC. I am preparing for govt jobs (JE). and others govt jobs where diploma candidates are eligible.

At my time fees was 8000 for first year and 6000 for next 2 years,but now fees is 15000 for first year and 16,500 for second year and 18,150 last year. You can avail various schlorships by scoring 80 percent per year. You can rent a PG around 7k per month. Placement assitance is average around 60-70 percent students . Many company like ABB,INFOSYS,TRICOLITE etc have visited .

Only freshers party is held.No other fest is held. Library is big enough and mostly books is available here. Classroom is big ,with enough lightinng and decent blackboard. Playground is so big with parking facility. NCC is also available here. You can play sports here you have to bring your sports amenties. No social group is here.
